New Wide takes the 「reduction, recovery and recycle」as the main principle of water resource and the sources of water of factories are tap water, river water and industrial water. In addition to promoting the water saving measures and enhancing the utilization efficiency of water resource, New Wide has been a leader in the aspect of reclaimed water recycling and the proportion of reclaimed water recycled in the total water has been increased significantly.



The wastewater treatment modes of various factories are different according to their nature, but the main principle is to meet the requirements of existing national environmental protection policies and engineering construction laws, regulations, specification and standards. Changzhou Factory is equipped with real-time monitoring system of waste water, to keep abreast of the state of waste water and ensure the continuous and good running of waste water.The dyeing and printing factory takes the sludge reduction as the program selection basis of wastewater treatment to ensure that the sludge can be reduced as much as possible in the treatment process. At the same time, handle the debris and sludge generated in the wastewater treatment process properly to avoid secondary pollution; the domestic wastewater is discharged into the wastewater sewer, so the wastewater discharge will not cause any pollution to the water.

1.   Objective: The unit water consumption will be reduced by 5% (compared with that in 2014) in 2015.

1)    Apply the reclaimed water recycling
2)    Use the vat with low bath ratio.
